Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. ## 2. Description of Service RatingGrowth provides an AI-powered review distribution platform that posts Google Maps reviews using distributed browser automation technology. Users purchase review credits and submit jobs targeting specific Google Maps business listings. ## 3. Account Registration You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. ## 4. Credits and Payments One (1) credit equals one (1) successfully posted review. Credits for failed tasks are automatically refunded to your balance. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all purchases are final. ## 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices, or to violate any applicable law or regulation. ## 6. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. GOOGLE AND OTHER THIRD PARTIES MAY REMOVE POSTED REVIEWS AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION — THIS IS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. ## 7. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RATINGGROWTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. ## 8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. ## 9. Modifications We may update these Terms at any time.
